Recently, I found UA&A web site through a network on LinkedIn and am happy to see it. I live in South Beach, Miami. My interest is in art and antiques and your articles are wonderful, informative and well written. A pleasure to find. Previous to living in South Beach, I lived in Manhattan for 15 years. This city also embraces the arts and has a diverse and rich cultural pulse. It is as you know home to the American leg of Art Basel- Miami Beach; every year in December. Perhaps I could contribute photo’s of contemporary art located throughout Miami Beach and Miami proper. And please feel free to contact me anytime if you would like my perspective or opinion on an even or, exhibition, from Miami. Cheers!
Mr Dronchi-
Thanks for writing and for your comments on Urban Art and Antiques. We would be happy to accept contributions to the blog. I have never been to Miami Beach and hope to correct that soon! Please keep us up to date on the scene there and let us know what we should be covering.

I have also found your website through LinkedIn, I have lived in Paris for the last 20 years as a profession buyer of Art, Antiques and Design. I like you writing and I will continue to read your blog, while I do not agree with everything you say in some of your post, I like what you write and I will continue to read and hopefully I will find the time to reply to your posts, that I do not completely agree with (specifically your post titled “Antiques more than age” I would love to contribute to your blog with my perspective of this market with a American/European view of happening internationally.
Although I would like to know who you are, when I click on your name it leads to a site were it says you were born in 1814, I guess that is why you like Antiques so much.
